Architecture
The Lane Group (TLG) provides a full range of architectural services from planning/concept through detailed construction documentation. TLG offers expertise in a wide variety of building types, as well as extensive experience with both new construction, renovation, and adaptive re-use. We understand that communication is critical to a successful outcome; that’s why we fully involve the client through the entire process to ensure the project stays on budget, on time, and within compliance.
Environmental
With almost every project, our clients must comply with many local, state, and federal environmental regulations. The Lane Group (TLG) offers an experienced and knowledgeable staff to assure all environmental and related issues are properly addressed. TLG prepared the first Class II Environmental Assessment in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development. The assessment was successfully completed to meet the requirements of two federal agencies, Rural Development and the United States Army Corps of Engineers. In addition, our assessments have been used nationally as a training tool by the United States Department of Agriculture.
